Carla check recaros, like ive been after, but they have been recovered so there is no piping or vinyl back to them.
The rear seats are sun damaged, but it all comes with a black carpet and door cards, black dash and a funny looking centre console that the seller calls a "bullit" console. And a steering wheel, hell, i dont even know why im asking, i think ill get it.
The only thing putting me off is I know the seller bidded it up on ebay, only to give me a second chance offer as he obviously won it himself.
Here are the pics.
Oh, and its a couple of hundred quid. What do you guys think?

My advice
1, you were prepared to pay the amount you have been offered them at, otherwise, why bid?
2, the vendor would have to have three accounts to bid up your max price, as when his bids are removed the second chance offer falls to what you would have offered minus all of the 'bogus account' (or shill) bidding.
3, can you prove he bidded it up?
The above are factors to consider...
My course of action would be to speak to the vendor directly and to haggle.
Remind him of "caveat emptor"... buyer beware... if you buy this and discover he has ramped up the price, tough. If you buy this and discover the non-standard repair is not satisfactory, tough.
As a result it is judicious for the buyer to drive a hard bargain. Tell him, the combination of the non-standard repair and concerns about shill bidding are giving you cold feet.
How high was the next highest bidder? Say the next genuine bidder was £120, you have been offered it for £210, offer £150/ £160 ish...

What happened was..
The starting bid was 200, so thats what we bid and there were no other bids for a long while. Then a privet bidder out bid us which we thought was a bit suss. So we tested the water and bid to 211, again outbid so left it.
Rich was disheartened but I told him he'd get a second chance offer today... and he did!
The recover does look like a good job but it just somehow dont look right to me??
But Rich likes it and wants a black interior so guess we'll be buying it.
Thanks for the advice

Well I bought it all...
Will pick up saturday so will let you guys know what I think.
I wont need all the stuff, so if anyone needs to odd bit of interior, ill post it on the for sale.
My grey interior will probably go too (shark grey recaro) if anyone is interested.

I should think ill be keeping that console...
I meant selling my current grey one.
Ill need that console as the black carpet doesn't go up the sides, and that one looks like a bolt on job, and its black!
