I bet the rebuild doesnt make fook all difference, you know when you do something and expect it to work a miracle? yeah...it never does..

the head is fine it's the bottom end that's had it. Piston rings are going I think, pressurising the bottom end and oil is pissing from every orifice...not having the head touched just getting everything south of that sorted.
