Gutted for you mate
How'd it happen? Compared to Dean's car it don't look too bad. Doesn't look like anyone was hurt which is always the main thing.

Jesus...
..that's bogus I'm starting to think it's the time of year for it. Really feel for you mate.
What happened? Much damage? I take it your rad has been crushed for starters?

I'm the one who leaves all those shoes in the carriageway.

Man that sucks...
Stupid bloody poo-geots!
Seriously though, if the chassis rail and A pillar aren't knocked, you might just get away with a new inner wing, wing and a bit of clever welding.
The car does look nice, so look into it, it might not take that much to get it straight again.

That is a bummer
Does look a nice car aprt from the restyling on the wing. As Rich says you might be able to get it fixed although probably not under an insurance claim. Is the rad shafted or is that brake fluid leaking around the front wheel?

My guess is the oil filters had a whack....
looks like the strut has snapped, could be repairable, maybe.
any pics with bonnet up?
hi, looks nasty mate but probably not all that bad for someone handy with a welder and some time on their hands. some pics of the engine bay would help to see the full extent of the damage i wouldn't mind a go at it myself but got enough with my car atm. good luck with it whatever you decide to do.
thanx

That's a big downer mate.
I know it's a desolate feeling when you get a smash like that. If you're handy with a welding kit & have time and space then it's probably mendable but getting that suspension straight could be a big job, probable twisted front chassis rail, X-member and anti-roll bar mounts. I would doubt a bodyshop could do it for the same as the car's worth so be wary of your insurance company writing it off and towing it away then offering you a few quid as 'market value'.
If you can't sort it then I would be interested in the car or parts if you strip it for my black 2.0S

Re: Just had a smash guys...
it may look bad, but nothing is unrepairable, sometimes may cost loads, but by the look of it it does look repairable, wouldnt like to do the work myself tho lol
good luck with everything

It's up for auction
Obviously needs quite a bit of work but the inner wing area seems OK
