to get a picture or something like that at the end of your posts you need to link a picture/image (a SMALL one!) from photobucket or similar. if you create a post/ question, there are some options before you click the reply button. one of them is 'include a signiture' open this and paste your image link there. it should then include your image from photobucket etc in each post. (tip dont make it too large file size or pixel size as itl take ages for people to open the threads..)
for the little pic above your name (avatar) go to the options/account button when your signed in (its at the top of the forum page- next to login/out button). i forget exactly what in there but theres an option to upload a avatar....

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.
