More messing with superchargers!

Post by the1theycallthe1 »

those of you that may remember, i had a spare eaton m45, just incase.

have just finished fitting it to my mates g40, you can buy all the brackets to do it, so that you can replace the useless seal-munching G-Lader chargers they use.

must admit its a bit more screechy than mine ever was for some reason?

torque steer anyone?

:) :) :)

love the sound of a roots me! so the camero are you charging that? what engine are you going to use in it? got any pics of the beast, i do like a bit of american muscleImage

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

how it stands atm

Post by the1theycallthe1 »

bit of a mess really, but have just finished working on it, had a monumental welding session after working on my mates car.

its pretty badly rotten on the right hand side, sill, bottom of the door, floorpan, and a few other tricky places like where the seatbelt anchors to near the pass arch has rotten away, and where the rear arch meets the rear firewall, that need to be done properly. but ive sorted the floorpan, seatbelt area, and rear arch section today, so am very happy :)

heres how it looks atm :) please excuse the mess

Know where I could get one cheap ish? Theres one in Oz on the bay but postage is horrendous to the UK.

Winters coming, time to get busy :)
