"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

not my wonga. mummys wanga. for some reason she wanted me to be able to drive a capri about while im still finnishing the other efi conversion, whitch is drivable! only just finnished modifying the acclerator cable so can take it for a real blast soon, as my cable tyes ans wire kept snapping. the main reason is, mum dont want me driving there new probe, coz i blew the last one up. and on the subject of probes, there a fooking pain in the ar*e to work on... lol took a big end bearing out whitch i have to fix. ahh well. ive always wanted a black S, wish it was a 3.0 for the price!......stefan

Nice bidding there, just my sort of trick -
Come in number 11, I bet they were all a bit miffed off.

First things first, you want fully comp insurance on it (with a buy-back clause in case it gets badly damaged)
Have the little bits sorted then take photos and a video of the car in it's sunday best shine with a copy of a daily newspaper in the window as a date reference. Add the end of auction page to your favourites and 'make available offline' so you have a permanent copy. Next thing would be to make it as nippy as mine, but not any faster!!!!!

tecnically, when i finnish the efi on my capri, this capri will prob more than likely become dads, so he dont have to use the rs for the winder shows, i think i will be keeping things simple with this one!......stefan

Before anyone takes it anywhere on the road get a long bristled brush and some waxoxl - buy a gallon at £19 (you'll need it) and work plenty of it into the crevices around the top of the rounded metal plate that shrouds the front suspension spring tops. Those inner wing tops are as good as new & they need to stay like that if the car's to hold it's value. One wet day this time of year & a bit of road spray & dust up there and it'll stay damp all winter & start rusting away. Also round back of headlight bowls, everywhere and everywhere else!! Jack up, wheels off and get your head mucky!

I'll be checking up so take some photos..
