Re: Queen Square, Bristol 12/10/2014

Hi Andrew, Some Great Pic's there as ever Andrew, Cheers for posting. Love the 1st one of the 280, then of course the red RS2000, I will say I have seen a few in Red, but Black and White seem the most popular followed by the Yellow, from what I've seen at different shows this year. But my favorite, ...

Hi all, Cheers for the link to the arrival pics Andrew, nice find. Also looking forward to the DVD too, what a great idea, for what was a GREAT DAY out. I've already been looking for a show or two local to me, but as yet nothing to go for. Looks like the season is slowing down, roll on next year.......

Re: NEW original parcel shelf on ebay....

Hi Nick, That's just scary!!! £415 in the end and as Turbo Mike says, if he'd offered delivery, who knows what someone would have paid for it. I know there are purists out there and all good and well to them, but when CCI sell what looks like a dam good replica for about £60, Ouch!!! I just hope it'...

Re: 2.8 Running Issue

Hi, I have had the very same problem and as it has been pointed out above, mine was fuel delivery. My tank had some shit in the bottom, which got caught in the Mesh on the Fuel Pump in-let, the short pipe coming out of the tank straight into the pump, pull this off and check there. Then as said, cha...

Hi There,

Both GREAT bits of footage, the 1st one as you say Nick, Must Have Hurt!!! The second clip, you've kinda got to admire the way the Celica driver just drives off casually.... :applaud: Brilliant stuff... Cheers,

Re: Gearbox / diff oil change

Hi again, Cheers Nick, Andrew, yes, all's definitely well in the World again for me. Now, I've been asked where I got the Oil from and this is totally understandable and I would usually 'Name n Shame', but I put this down to a Genuine Mistake at the suppliers end, just one of those things, so I woul...

Re: Gearbox / diff oil change

Hi there, All I can add to this, is to ensure you check what Diff oil you get. Even though I got mine from a well know Capri parts supplier, it WAS wrong. I thought my LSD Diff was on its way out, even after Andrew said to double check the oil. Anyhow, a quick visit to an Axle specialist in Watford ...

Hi Andrew, Cheers for the help, unfortunately we have checked this already, time to visit an Axle Specialist, luckily I found one listed in Watford, so fingers crossed they can help without 'Breaking the Bank'. Please do keep any advice you think of coming though, it really is appreciated.... Many t...

Hi Nick, Cheers for the Heads Up on the mag, I'll grab a copy tomorrow at Asda by work. Also have to keep an eye out for the next Classic Ford mag. Tell you what, even if I knew the Diff was going to give, I'd have still been there in it. :drive: Hope the mags do us all proud.... :applaud: Ch...

Hi All, 1st off, a Great BIG thanks to Kris & Calvin for sorting out such a GREAT DAY OUT. Thoroughly enjoyed it and as Andrew says, the Convoy was great. I still need to get a Nail in the wall to get the official photo up on the wall though, a bit envious of you there Nick… PeterS, I hope you d...

Morning all, Had a Fantastic day out here, the convoys etc and meeting people from here. PeterS sorry I didn't see you by your car, I had had a good look round it and thought it was fantastic, I was only confused by the Q plate as it looked so good. Looking forward to this, just hope I have time to give the car a quick clean for it..... The weather will be great I ...

Hi, Brilliant Pic's, cheers for sharing them. I must say, the Grey 2 Tone 2.8, is a cracking Colour... Cracking looking car too.... As is the new one just posted too. Hi All, Sounds like the plan then. South Mimms for 8am a bit of banter n a Coffee, on to meet Andrew and any others at the Cafe on London Road, just off the M4, Honda junction for 9am, then we decide from there.... Hey Nick, sounds like you probably had a Great W/E, 20M from the Sea, you gotta love ...

Hi All, For my 2 Peneth, I use a 25'ish year old bottle of Turtle Wax. I feel a bit behind times now having read all this, it does do a dam good job though, so long as I don't press on too hard. But I do have to admit, the shine on mine is nothing to some of the cars I've seen on here.... Nick, I al...
