The silver laser looked like a good buy, the mk2 Ghia has no result which was the one I liked the most.
I had a Practical Classics magazine that had feature with John Culshaw and his bronze Cortina and Granada...wonder what he'll be getting next!

White JPS - can it be saved?
Hi,
Found this mk2 JPS on carandclassic for £4K;
http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C711969
Wish I had the skills to bring this back to its former glory, but looks like it will need a lot of work... I know they're rare but is it priced a bit high?

Re: HJN 464N Resto From Sm Classic Cars
Looks great, really like the colour. Have to say the Mk2 has grown on me over the years. Think I might fancy having one someday. Certainly appear to be less common than even the Mk1. I know this may be a weird thing to have noticed, but the aerial is on the driver's wing. Aren't they usually on the...

Re: Hmmm??
Was that the original colour scheme? They say it's period colours but I don't think Roman bronze was a mk3 colour. Wouldn't it be worthwhile for the seller to source the correct door cards (or as near to) and black carpet, and wheels.. I think they should invest in getting it back to original and I'...

Only the gold Ghia PNO 580R and the first silver S used are missing from the collection in Ireland. VHK 11W has even been signed by Martin Shaw! The Ghia has survived and was withdrawn from sale once (for £10k) due to too many people questioning its authenticity, but it has been confirmed by the aut...

Back in June I hired that 280 and it was great, performed without fault, driving in the Cotswolds -highly recommend it if your Capri is off the road...for a few years like mine! Hi Pas, Just the tonic that you needed, I imagine! :D The owner is taking a big risk though, I'm sure Pas is responsible ...

Re: 2.8 no reserve
i think that's Mineral blue being a Special, Caspian blue replacement!
All blues suited the injection and agree Caspian blue over silver is the classic combo.
Nice example and one you would enjoy and drive more than the silver low mileage one!

Hi Andy, I've had a quick scan through some pictures of Otto models and you're right, the detail is incredible. Is the white Mk2 the only Capri model that they've released? A Mk3 would be a great addition to any Capri scale model collection..... Andrew. Otto have only released the White mk2 Ghia so...

My collection is always growing and it's slowly getting out of hand! Like you I have both 1/43 and 1/18 scale, and it all started with a gold mk1 by minichamps. The detail in the Zakspeeds are great, I have just got all three, and the silver Rs2600; which to me is over priced compared to the road mo...
