thanks guys, i have just recieved new track rod ends from CCI and...havent got as far as fitting them...but when put next to the fitted ones they are exactly the same...i will swap them over and fit the new ones anyway just incase like you say they are different inside, yeah i didnt realise lowering...

Ok so went to get the tracking done on my 3.0s ...has 2.8 front suspension with 1" lowered springs...both wheels are tracking 'out' massively...and there doesnt appear to b enough thread on the steering arms to bring them in...standard ball joints from cci...anyone came across this before?? Che...
