My Bilseins take about 8-10 seconds to rebound fully and one of them rebounds 3/4 of the way and i have to pull it that last 1/4. My indicators were playing up and my hazards were playing up. I knew they all had new bulbs so i took the hazard switch out - lighty sanded the pins that go into it to clean them up - put the switch back together - and .....it was still f*cked - so i got another switch from CCI jumble and it worked ...
