Re: Nicest Granada I've ever seen

I have heard that Maiden story before, part of that album's folklore, think it was told on 12 Wasted Years. Never quite decided how much truth is in it, or even if the garage did it for a laugh. But still it's a good tale isn't it.

Great album.

Andyd your reply has been deleted 🤔 In a rush to edit it and deleted instead  Ahhh I have done the same thing. Re: The beauty of Vinyl...

Nick, have you heard Daltrey's McVicar album, produced by Jeff Wayne (War Of The Worlds), it's terrific, one of my favourite Who related releases. Can't imagine any other singer belting out Free Me like he does. Yes Paul. Brilliant soundtrack to a brilliant film mate ! Completely agree, grea...

Do it, quick, in case they realise they've missed a zero or two off.

Wonder what the average cost of this typically is.

Goodness me that's cheap as chips! Didn't realise it was so inexpensive. Completely pointless using lead additives for years on end then surely.

Re: Weirdest Cortina I've ever seen!

It needs to go in a Museum or converted back to standard and the bits displayed in a museum. I am sure it has been for sale for a long time, why would you buy it? For that money you could buy the best Cortina not some one off that you are going to struggle with. I could only imagine you'd buy it if...

Re: Nicest Granada I've ever seen

The problem is a lot of South African cars are not rust proofed so dissolve after a few years in our climate. That's a good point. It's often said that it's good to buy a car from a warmer climate as it may not suffer with corrosion, but if course this same reason means it won't have additional pro...

I do know that some people allow others to post on eBay at times, for various reasons, on their behalf so some listings can vary with that aspect.

Not everyone wants a LHD car and I think they are more to insure? Some sellers are stubborn on price too!
