What a shock! I was listening to Sara Cox and they were all in tears. I heard that, it was very touching. It just goes to show how highly regarded Wrighty was, as every single presenter I listened to today cried when reading tributes. Even Jeremy Vine couldn't keep it together, and he's a consummat...
I was sad to hear of the sad passing of Radio 2 presenter Steve Wright.
Steve must have been one of the most amusing presenters that the station has ever aired. The afternoon slot was never the same since his axing. We've lost one of the giants of broadcasting.
Is the charging managed through a regenerative braking mode, where a motor linked to the crankshaft acts as a generator when the engine is slowing, recharging the hybrid batteries? That way are you harvesting energy that otherwise would be wasted? That's all I know. Please direct all technology enqu...
Probably because it works out cheaper to pay £3k than get fisted by the insurance company by claiming! Lose all or at least half your no claims, Many insurance companies offer to protect a full no claims discount For a hefty additional premium, of course! I stopped protecting my no claims some time...
they must be supplied from a (small number of) `proper` oil companies? I just can`t see them producing a `cheap` petrol for supermarkets. I see what you're saying, but perhaps they produce a base fuel then add extras to their own brands to enhance it? I'm just guessing. I would imagine that pbar is...
There was a TV programme on a little while ago, a serious Panorama type one, in which they scientifically compared supermarket fuels with more expensive named stations, due to the speculation that it differs. It was found to be just the same. Fuel, sold anywhere has to meet a standard and a spec. a...
Is that a Webasto-type sunroof? At first I thought the black thing on the roof was just a part placed there, but if you look closely through the rear side window there is what appears to be part of the sunroof hanging down. I can't see a hole in the roof though.
I'd like to contribute to the continued running of this forum by donating something, however the only thread on it I came across was from an admin in 2009 so I'm not sure if the instructions are still relevant. In any case can someone point me in the direction on how to donate? That's still the cor...

It first aired in Britain in July 1968 .......like , WTF Bro  Im struggling to see how you could not have seen it in 55 years :xd: ..... unless it was always on at the same time as that doco about the life and times living in Engla...
I can't recall ever watching an episode of Dad's Army.
Nonetheless, the passing of Ian is a sad loss. Sad also to hear of Johnny Irwin's passing. As Paul said, 50 is way too young to be taken.
To be honest, I don't see what people have against Camilla. I'm sure she's a perfectly nice person.
The same goes for Meghan, but people get worked up about what they read in the papers. It's not like she's Cruella de Vil or anything.
I feel like I've looked everywhere online but cant seem to get an answer about boot space, I can only find the capacity in litres. Hi, and :welcome: to the forum! There was a photo on here of a wheelchair in the boot of a Capri. I've found the thread but the photo has, sadly, been removed now. It's...
hi i need the plate that sits behind the timing cover and block for a 2.8i if anyone has one spare Is it the same part that was fitted to the V4 engines? It looks exactly the same, but it would be best to check before buying. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225959323456?hash=item349c39a740:g:PUkAAOSwKaB...
