Re: CCI Parcel Shelf

Brilliant stuff mate, could do with a template of that strip of metal, could be a useful part to have made. Great idea. I did one myself on my old 'S' but didn't have the metal reinforced bit then and it flexed.

Re: Calvin Harris Unfollows Taylor Swift

We seem more interested as a population in celebs lives these days but then look how mad people were about the rolling stones or the Beatles, I bet thier concerts and lives made headlines back in the day. Me personally couldn't give a monkeys about people with over inflated opinions of themselves. O...

Re: 36 years ago

Hi, Fantastic! What a wonderful document to have in your history folder. Sadly, it would appear that Warren Motors is no longer a franchised Ford dealer. Andrew. Yeah they closed down several years ago and it's now an industrial estate. Some of the original staff still work elsewhere including one ...

Hi Mark, :applaud: That and a pile of receipts are worth more than a stamped service book imo :D You should get a set of dealer plates and rear window sticker from DMB Graphics (Assuming you haven't got the originals) :) I agree Andy: There's a folder full of stuff for this car from day one includi...

Just as well, as I bet the money he got for TV appearances dried up years ago!

Andrew.
I bet. I am surprised he ever got any. Too me he is one of those guys who has made a career out of being rubbish at the very thing he is famed for.

Re: Who Remembers?

Liking the bread clip. Cool stuff. I know I'll be getting lynched but I hate most 70"s things, big hair, big moustaches, flares, big spangly guitars, glam rock, Bernard manning and to top it all off most male celebs are being found out to be paedophiles. There was some good stuff including the ...

Re: The Lost Lotus: Restoring a Race Car Show TONIGHT !

Saw this, very good show. Im still not convinced it's the same car, somewhere the story has been lost and with it the provenance is a bit precarious. Might be the right car and they checked out as much as possible but lefte feeling unconvinced if I had to part with that sort of money I'd want more.

Re: New Front Valance Anyone....?

I think the whole Ford scene if you like is suffering with high prices as already said it's supply and demand and those with the biggest wallets will pay and continually push up prices. That's all good and well if you are making money but for some who have kept these legends alive to coin a phrase a...

Ford Escort Mk4 Ghia

This is my brothers car that he is selling so thought I would stick it on here. 94K, bought from Nottingham Cowies when new, had same family owners apart from my brother, done 94k part service history but is fully serviced with cambelt etc, a few age related marks and has had repairs to both arches....

I bought one just incase. Got mine today, be interesting hear others thoughts but my thoughts are total crap, cheap and nasty plasticy things. Hi, Oh dear, that's a real shame. I was tempted to buy one for a spare or for future use, but I won't bother now. Thanks for saving me the cash. Andrew. Yea...

No problem. They are as usual drift cars in the main, not my type of thing drifting but have seen them. Think they are Grey imports or US imports
