Heat of welding will cause expansion and may well cause cracking of filler, possibly even below the initial surface where you can't see...

The ST170 is a zetec so fits the type 9 pattern, its a wierd crossover between conventional zetec and later duratec lumps

Well i've lost mine..... so gonna have to get another and a clutch to go with, am i right in thinking theres a diff between 1.6 and 2.0 in clutch surface area only? or are the weights drastically different etc?

They now do a version of that hose that can be fitted in situ thankfully!

Err just check for rust rust and rust! usually along the sills and the a pillars

oh and dont expect to ever get in or out of it gracefully!

£25s fair, i mean to change your address you phone a premium rate number which costs you a couple of quid, speak to some foreigner who earns about 4p an hour for 3 minutes then they send you 5 bits of printed paper costing less than 2p each in an envelope that costs about 30p to send....
