This sounds like an interesting idea, I like the sound of it. Does the repair involve reinforcement from below? I'm assuming that you can't repair shelves that are already damaged, just ones that need strengthening?

The upper red coach stripe I think you mean isn't standard to the Laser, it's aftermarket.
