OK had th tailgate down on me back again ,made my eyes water i can tell you.So given genuine capri struts are hard to get and are pricey is there ANYTHING else will do thats strong enough that I can get at the scrappies or what is the \Nm force supposed to be,the writing has worn off mine

Evenin all,OK so the old alarm is playing up,Its ancient to start with,cant get new fobs Etc so thought i,d upgrade /modernise,Doesnt have to be flashy ,just loud,replaceable fobs easy reprogram if it goes haywire,immobiliser ,and insurance approved .Anyone rcommend one without busting the housekeep...

Hi Peter yeah youre right ,it was actually over $60 quid.Tickover have some for £28 but by the time you add vat &PP its over 40,Theres no rush i,m not doing the job till October and i,m not trying to do it on the cheap bu tby the time yoo add on a rail,new wing, labour and spray could be into £5...

Hi Sean ,looks about right on the photo for tickover,thats where mine sits then goes to about 9 oclock on the move.Generally gets slightly lower during thr year then back up after a oil change

Hi Strigon ,yeah been a fan since the early 70,s got all their stuff ,a lot on vinyl,thats a black 12 "discy type thing to our younger members.
Seen them live a few times too.,I even built a flying V based on Andy powells spec,I cant play it but hey ho.
