Re: New Professionals Model
I have the single car. Is the twin pack a limited edition too? It is yes. Typically, on ebay these Professionalmania releases seem much more expensive than direct from the seller. There is a pre-release sample pack on ebay though at the moment - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126425618778?itmmeta=01HVA...

Re: New Professionals Model
Magic, you wrote that in the nick of time. I'd just been looking and found a website I was going to order from, at around £68. You discovered a much more reasonable price! ThanksAndrew 2.8i wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 8:53 pm Currently on offer with a 15% discount, making the price £60.94.

As you have discovered, fear not. MCG models are tickety booAndrew 2.8i wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 7:16 pm I was a little worried that the quality and detailing might be poor on Model Car Group's models as they are significantly cheaper than Minichamps or Norev 1/18 scale models.

Re: New Professionals Model
There's been an update for this, now due to be released in April, in the UK at least, about time! Has your dealer received their stock of these yet? A website I looked at says they are now due for release in August. However, some European based websites are listing them as in stock. Andrew. Unfortu...

That should be written on a signpost at the borders, it would save them the disappointment.

Re: Party Time!
David Soul performed as The Covered Man, a disguise/costume well before his crime busting days. Fantastic! That's from 1966, so that must be one of the earliest? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqLxxaOtl0c Andrew. Yes, certainly the earliest which springs to mind. A very bizarre idea I always thoug...

Re: Party Time!
You know, any event you have to go to, wedding, party, BBQ, works do, and so on, then you're almost guaranteed a certain list of songs, and these two would be on it! You certainly couldn't go anywhere in the 80's without hearing these. The Birdie Song especially brings back memories of being reluct...

Anyway, I've still trying the website, and it still isn't working properly, that's at two locations. Wierd.
