Have you seen the Good Beer Guide 2024? Bruce Dickinson wrote the foreword and it's in Maiden font 8-) I like his brother David's work better.... Bruce's cousin Rob (ex lead singer of 90s shoegazers Catherine Wheel) founded the company Singer Vehicle Design that sells re-imagined Porsche 911s...

Re: Nicest Granada I've ever seen

This has not sold in about 5 years now.. maybe more. Weird how some cars just do not sell. Tbh, I'd be put off by the seller's attitude. I think it comes across as extreme arrogance to list in the advert reasons why they won't respond to certain messages. Gives totally the wrong impression from the...

Do you think those cushions tilit upwards to allow people to actually get in? Imagine trying to get an elderly relative in the back seat!

The best way to protect occupants is well known...

Interesting safety developments there, and it's incredible that the car survives to this day. You'd think development/testing mules like this would be destroyed once they have served their purpose.

Re: Security finally fitted

All the visual detterents like disklok, wheel clamp etc will do is slow down anyone that wants the car, sadly if desperate enough they will have it :( That is also how I see it. However, I do believe that we should add as much security as possible to protect our cars. Hopefully that will be enough ...

Re: 73 MK1 Capri V4 engine Code numbers

According to Motormobil, the engine code for the 2 litre V4 is EV20. Sadly, I think you might have difficulty determining the source of a spare engine. With the Pinto, for example, there are multiple codes depending on displacement, the production year and compression ratio. This appears not to be t...

I think we shouldn't try to run before we can walk. Let's get the technology on self-service checkouts to work properly without manual intervention before working on AI that can give a summary of product reviews....

You'd think that anyone interested in a product's rating would actually want to read the reviews, not just a generic summary.
