He had a Mk3 with a Mustang engine in too!
I wonder what's happened to that, I haven't seen any photos of it at shows.

Edit: I've just checked and the MOT expired in September '21.

Re: Shed & Buried Classic Cars

I know Sam Lovegrove lives near my wife’s family in cornwall as her cousin said he sees him shoping in Redruth. It's nice to hear of TV personalities leading normal lives. It's strange to think of them shopping or filling their car with petrol. You'd think they'd have staff to do it for them!...

Re: Shed & Buried Classic Cars

I like the concept of Henry Cole's output. His production company make some terrific programmes.

I just wish he didn't present them though.

Re: Dr Brooklands

The last time I looked he was selling up all his stock and the website too so looks like he has finshed. I checked brooklands280.com on the Wayback Machine website and there was a notice on the mainpage in November last year saying that Dr B's website was closing for good. Interestingly, the last M...

And from one engine photo I can confirm that there is 78GB-8100-AA version of cap. So that version with "don't use after 05/1979" sticker! I suppose that cap is there from factory. Well spotted, Tom. Thanks for finding confirmation. I didn't think there would be an issue with using that c...

Re: Weston super Mare Pageant of Transport, March 30/31st 2024

Imagine what those people are like when they watch a comedy show. I don't understand the concept of removing offensive shows from streaming services. Little Britain is so well known, somebody searching for it would know exactly what content it may contain (or did contain!). Why would somebody watch...

I've been watching some of the Little Britain repeats, that certainly wouldn't get on T/V now  Surprised the repeats are on :? They were out of favour for a while. From Google: "In June 2020, the show was removed from various UK streaming services due to its use of blackface. In March 202...

This show looks really cool,
To watch it is my goal,
It makes Car SOS look like :turd: .

Tim is.... who knows? I remember him from the Balls of Steel TV series. I would imagine Tim's part on Car SOS has been added to make the programme appeal to the masses. I agree though, I wouldn't have thought that anybody actually believes the blagging of parts and services to be genuine. Why even ...
