Re: Our Fiesta Stolen
Yeah :) if you want a bit of action from the police just assault the guy burgling your house . A friend's son recently (stupidly) handed his phone to someone who pissed off in to the night with it. They managed to access his bank and card account and took quite a bit of money. Luckily for him the b...

Re: Annual camping weekend - 30 June , 1 & 2 July
Great weekend chaps. Thoroughly enjoyed it as ever and great to see Martin with his 'German Capri'. Thanks also Martin for the refreshments and yes the models have gone to good homes and the flag will no doubt be out again next year.
Next year booked in for the first weekend in July once again

Re: Annual camping weekend - 30 June , 1 & 2 July
I may be somewhat delayed.... The fuel tank straps have elected to snap this morning on the way to work so I am currently sat by the side of the road awaiting recovery. Not sure where I am going to get new straps from in a hurry?! That's a bummer. If it had been a few days ago I could have posted m...

I would suspect the switch itself. Worth getting hold of one as a spare anyway just to eliminate the problem or, hopefully, solve it.

Re: Bucket & Spade run 2023
Hi Peter, Great photos yet again from thus local show to you. We must try to sort something for this one next year as being on the seafront it would make for a great meet up for a few of us on here. Still such a shame Deal show has not returned to the seafront at Walmer. Anyway great photos mate. T...

Re: Bucket & Spade run 2023
It looks like a good selection of cars and a road run is such great fun to participate in. What's going on with that black Capri that it needs those extra air intakes in place of the inner headlights? It looks as though it's got the best engine in the world already, so it couldn't have had an engin...

Re: Various issues
If the car is reluctant to start it may just want a basic service. If it hasn't been done then give it new points, plugs, air filter, fuel filter and also clean the little filter under the brass fitting on the carb inlet or, better still, replace it. Make sure the timing is set right too. Only after...

Bucket & Spade run 2023
So today was the local seafront show known as the Bucket and Spade run. It was a nice day so I went along for a look, only as a member of the public, but it was a well attended event with a good selection of cars - here are some Fords: https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52951279130_61c08004c1_5k.jp...

Re: What a touch !!!
Nice one Nick. I put these in the 2.0 some years ago now https://i.postimg.cc/NGCQPhyk/DSC-1136.jpg Thanks Peter. Well pleased with the ones I bought mate. I really like those ones you fitted. Not seen these before. Lovely chrome work. Are these "Capri" handles or from other classic ford....
