Getting in and out of cars is my biggest issue and finding good parks became an art :D . Before the chop I needed to get the car door right open to gain access ,you'd be surprised just how many ignorant cnuts there are out there (you may not ...actually ;) ) who park so close I can't get back in .....

I did the valve clearances today and all rockers had no gap,except cylinder 4 exhaust. Still a bit tappety,I think,unless it's just my head

Apart from the rear spring mounting points/arches, the rest doesn`t look that bad does it? I`d check what`s under the fresh underseal at the front footwell though, never a good sign. Probably it is just me, but I find the location of the the temperature and petrol gauge, not in the best position to view,due to the steering wheel and stalks. They should be to the left where the dimmer switch is.
