Rocker cover gasket
Hi went to put a new rocker gasket on but think I've warped the cover even though I took it off in sequence .The gasket fits ok but is a tad out of position in the corners. what the best way to straighting the cover seen new ones but they don't fit with the auto choke carb.

Thanks Andrew I thought they were called sunraysia wheels but found more on eBay when I put In weller!!

The listing says 7x13 and that they were fitted to a mk3 cortina but it dosnt say what make they are. Thanks

Exhaust manifold gasket
Going to change the exhaust manifold gasket as there's a slight leak! Just want to know do you need a torque wrench when tighten the nuts and have they to be done in a particular order. Thanks

Thanks for the advice everyone had the car running the day changed the radiator cap and no steam!! Had a look in the radiator and the water was moving.The heaters still don't work but not to bothered about that the now! Thanks

Sorry again the heaters are not working as well hope it's not the matrix is there anything else that it could be!!

Thanks for the replys the car was running for about 5 minutes then steam was coming out. Will try a new cap thanks!! When you pour water down the top radiator hose it takes a while to go through is this normal!!

Hope someone can help ! Firstly I've flushed the radiator both ways till it ran clear. Then Flushed the heater matrix. Also flushed water through the auto choke till it ran clear through the bottom radiator hose and flushed the expansion tank and all the rubber hoses! Had the car running the day and...

It is the red wire that I was wanting to know about and also the other wires that have been cut for some reason. The red wire isn't connected to anything at the other end but there is a switch underneath the dash so maybe it had spot lights at sometime! Thanks
