You'll never stop a determined thief.
All imobilisers, car anchors and steering locks and wheelclamps are intended to do is slow them down.
If someone wants your car badly enough, chances are he'll get it, just depends how long he spends taking it away.

There will blatantly be some fairly simple solution to this.
<t>..curiously when I saw it in action on scrapheap challenge it didn't do anything either on a big trike with a 3.5 V8 in it. But yeah, some simple thing will be at the root of this that someone who knows much, much more than me (very easy to acheive) will diagnose soon enough.... then I expect we'...

That looks mental.
you've not tried it? How long before some fat bastard in an Audi tries it on with you? Your finger will be hovering over the button on your untested system... like something out of James Bond. "No! It's not perfected yet 007.."

Apparently, tiny air particles attach to the roughness, forming an exceptionally cover to aid air flow!"

Oh it was pretty good.. not that it matters now...
<r>..I didn't dare rip the guts out of it as I know it needs cambelts doing, but it really threw me back in the seat all the way up to the tip (or as near the tip as I dared take it) of 4th gear. The speedo doesn't work for some reason, but it looked to be some way above 100mph.<br/> <br/> The tow t...
