Speaking from recent experience of fitting two new pattern wings I would go for the repair option, pattern wings never fit right and are a ball ache to make them fit something like.

Personally mate I think you are selling it a bit too cheap the faults you have listed are not a big deal and are relatively an easy fix. I doubt you would get a 2.0 with an MOT at that sort of money given the sudden rise in Capri prices.
