Hi Andrew, welcome to the forum.

Thank you to everyone for the positive feedback regarding the Lewis Collins car stickers.

I've replaced all the brake pipes and used a hand held tool with no problems and as Peter says the brake pipe bends easy without the use of a bending tool.

Details and an image of the Lewis Collins car sticker are now on the Q&A section in the car sticker thread.

Here is the proposed design for the decals. http://i595.photobucket.com/albums/tt33/spireman41/bodierip-copy.jpg As you can see they are oval shaped with the pink line being the edge of the decal. They are available as reversed window stickers (sticks inside window so they are viewable from outside)...

My son has taken the image, as soon as he has produced one I will try and put a pic on here so you see what they are like.

How many people would be interested in one of these stickers so I can get a rough number and work out a price.

I have spoken to my son and he says he can produce them on high quality vinyl, he is back on Monday so I will sort them out from then.

I will have a word with my son, he owns a sign and print firm.

It's called one step forward, two steps back, been happening for the last four years with mine.

I was lucky, the replacement springs I purchased already had the old bushes knocked out so I just put superflex poly bushes in and fitted them to the car.

My lad got me one for christmas about 5 years ago and it sat on top of the wardrobe for 4 years till one night I was fed up so I decided to build it and I also had problems with the timing, now it's back on top of the wardrobe collecting dust.
