Clean the contacts inside the headlight relay on the bulkhead. Had a similar problem years ago and that fixed the problem.

Dave, the plastics, door pulls, etc. can be matched with plastikcote spray paint from wilko's satin black.

Hi, attached is a picture of the loom running behind the dash. Most of it will be come apparent as you run the loom from the fuse box to the rear of the car.
