Have you considered looking at Nissan Silvia s13/s14 front and rear suspension. The track will need to be narrowed if used without wider arches/fenders.

Do you have any more pictures of the sill replacement as I am going to have to attempt it soon also.
The sills available to me don't seem to include the section you mentioned tucked under the rear quarter. Do you leave the original piece in place and weld it to the new sill?
