There's some useful advice here https://salvox.com/rebuild-instructions I got on OK...

The one on top in the middle 3.The three on the side nearest the passenger wing side. I took them off and didn't take photos (silly me) Thanks Kelvin Hi Kelvin, They...

Hello, I know is been 10 years since the last message, but I want to make the same upgrade. I bought the master cylinder, servo and calipers from a mk2 Granada 2.8i. Did you manage to install them? How? Thanks a lot! ✌️ Not much help to you but the original poster hasn't been on here in 8 years😕

Re: Belated Unseasonal Motor Meet (Eastern Region)
Who has the gazebo? 🤔 I believe that Mr Nige took it for safe keeping. He doesn't have it apparently! Oh! Dave then? There weren't many of us there and I know Dave didn't even want to take the BBQ as he wanted to leave it in the trees until next time but did he take the Gazebo as well? Has Nige loo...

Did you know that the run from the Jct below Duxford to the Stansted Jct, where the services are, is the longest section of motorway between Jcts in the UK. Bit ironic for you I guess. Its the M26 is in kent at 18 miles between junctions . As it’s our party piece here in Kent  It's WAR! ...

Thanks for the input chaps.
I shall clean stuff and hope all is well as indeed it was for 100 miles home after the problem elected to fix itself!
Using the car today and all seems fine, so long as it stays that way until the Mot that I must arrange soon.

Re: Electrical Fire
Ok so today's newest issue! I dropped the dash in the GL over the weekend to repair the speaker in the dash that had stopped working. Turns out it was the speaker wires so I ran new wires to the radio in the glovebox and problem solved. The mounts I'd expoy-ed on there had come off and I couldn't b...

Re: Capri 2.8i injectors
Hi all, Another question for you,can petrol injectors be cleaned in boiling water ? Thanks Kelvin I don't think the heat is an issue just not sure it will do much. The trouble is the bit you want to clean is the inside that you can't get at. I tried one of those sonic cleaners. Didn't seem to do mu...
