Obviously Henry JNR has been misquoted as we all know the Pinto engine couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding and that's even with a cam that ain't rattling like a bag of bolts in a cement mixer!

For that price I would want it hand delivered and put on the car :)
If I had a car worth a £9k number plate I wouldn't want anyone going near it

So Nick, the owner of the first Capri with 45s that doesn't go over 60. Could be unique :poke:  Sounding like some great upgrades there mate. Smoke 'Em would be proud :D :applaud: Shame about the holiday but I happen to know of a good camping weekend in July next year that would be a cheap alte...

Do you have a vice that you can squeeze it in to try and push the pin back the other way?

Oh gawd!!

Nick, if you are going to look at this please sit down first with some aspirin to hand :o So this week was down as the last week of using the 2.8 before hibernation. I took it to go to a lecture on Tuesday and caught a shower and it caught a couple of spots again yesterday. This morning we needed tw...

I hope you get juices creating a lovely topping to be poured over prick holes allowing the sauce to melt itself

I can see Nick up on the stage now, leather jacket, fender strapped on, head down, hair blowing in the wind (OK, maybe not that one ), really going for it. Can't wait :guitar: Jase, I was out for lunch earlier as it was the other half's birthday and, lol and behold, a Spitfire flew over. Wasn't...

Re: Factory Original But Not Right?

Given the wear to the seats, the lack of side stripes and the apparent absence of any sort of scuff marks around the door locks and handles I would be surprised if the car hasn't had more paintwork than is mentioned. Could still be really solid of course but the outside is too clean compared to the ...

Re: Door Lock: Removal and Reassembly

Morning all! Over the weekend my plan was to spend some time and take apart the door handles/locks I recently purchased and obviously was planning to use this amazing guide to help me on my way. Unfortunately, I got stuck quite literally at the first step  I can't get the rolled pin out for th...
