I am restoring a pre-facelift mk1. It originally had opening rear quarter windows but the glass has been substituted for fix panes. Does anyone have a pair of opening quarter windows and latches they would be prepared to sell?

Both sides including the chrome handle surrounds.

The plate I the most important bit. It's u shaped with flat shoulders on each side.

Stone chip is what's on my 87. It looks very much like it is the original finish.

Hi all My very tidy 2.8i was used for a small amount of track work by the previous owner. The crown wheel and pinion was swapped out for a 3.44 ratio to increase the acceleration. Thanks for that. The car is stripped out to a bare shell and I am doing some repairs to the A pillars and front floors.
I think I'm following what you say. The tricky part is around that rear quarter area, and A pillar at the front end.

Does anybody know if the Brooklands 280 dashboard is the same colour as an 86 2.8i Special. I have a 280 dash that is to be referbished and put into an 86 2.8i. Unfortunately I don't have the original to compare.

There is an 'anti run-on valve' on ebay that looks exactly like this. It appears to be a genuine ford part. It may have been used as a boost controller as the operation could serve both purposes.
