Yes chris Taylor who owns this stunning mk1 Capri has one we saw him lastyear at the CCI and We all fell in love with his car and mini Capri .
I would have loved one of these when I was a kid .

Glad everyone is able to get out and about! I joined in today, took 590 for a drive as hadn't been out in almost two weeks :shock: having been laid up with the dreaded lurgy. You got that in that car Park the other week :lol: glad your on the mend brings a new meaning to having a Chinese now :lol:

Cheers yes it beats starting them up in the garage, still got a few toots and people smiling on the road . I also passed a Austin allegro in that mustard colour with a old boy and woman inside . Took the Capri out for a run today I started her up ok and pulled down the drive to notice a line of oil on the floor so at first I thought OMG where is it coming from after a quick check it was my oil filter , so I gave her a little more twist and touch wood all ok . Yes you done a great job there but I am worried it might go when hot ? Perhaps before you paint to boil the kettle and leave in hot water for some time . Only a thought as there will be pressure there as well . Be interested how this goes as I have used JB weld on clock faces and I know it can reach...

Hi all, does anyone have a standard Ford cam cover, for a 1986 2.0 laser? I want to correctly reinstate the original airbox and support brackets/screws. Dan no mate it’s auto choke on mine . Nick has a manual choke now with them 45s .
