I did question when I saw the trailer whether it would be a proper car show or simply for entertainment purposes.

Re: New Car Programme on TV Soon

There’s a new classic car flipping program filmed especially for Dave channel starting on 13th Feb at 8pm. Called Lazy Boy Garage, may be worth a look. Did anyone else watch the 2 x 30 minute episodes last night? This is definately a case where 30 minutes is no where near enough time for each car g...

I have used my local dealer twice and they did a great job both times https://www.longlife.co.uk/dealer
Not a Capri Exhaust though, but it's the same principal and they all do classic cars :)

Sad news. His books have helped so many and even ib the modern age of technology, forums, chat rooms most of us still have a copy of one of his guides in our boot. Maybe more for just ref nowadays as some of the 'instructions' on some jobs did seem a long way round ! Hey if the herse carying ...

Re: New Car Programme on TV Soon

Good news! It would appear that our favourite hapless car restoration duo are set to return. Series 2 of "Flipping Bangers" has been filmed and "shouldn't be too long" before it hits our screens. At the moment there are no further details available, but check their Facebook page...

Re: Salvage Hunters: Classic Cars Series 2

:agree: Too much unnecessary and expensive work, simply to achieve Drew's vision of the perfect Traveller. If the car hasn't yet sold, it would appear that the buyer's don't share the same vision at that price. Andrew. Hopefully catch this episode later. For someone who loves originality, he certai...

Re: 205/60r13 tyres

I just bought four 185/70 13's for my Laser - Landsail brand at £109 for the four delivered. Went down to my mate's garage and slipped him a tenner to use his machines and put them on myself. A work pal had Landsail tyres on his car and they were ok, no problems and I'm not going to drive like a tw...

£150 a tyre is good when I had our s max with run flats it was £250 a tyre . I always go for a good make myself as it’s the only thing between the car and the road also I always change tyres when at 3m . I might have a look at Dunlop when needed but with the 15” as young Nick says there a better ch...
