Re: Advice on funny running
I read the title of the thread and was going to suggest wearing different trainers to see if they make a difference.

Re: Hammerite products
Some of the websites I've visited for research published the discontinuation news as far back as 2019. Yet, the official website is still up and running 4 years later. It looks like they found a way to be environmentally compliant. Call me cynical if you like, but could this have been a publicity st...

Re: 2.8i tank wanted
If you have a tank already on the car, be sure to drain as much fuel out as humanly possible before removing it, as it's amazing how heavy these things can be when they are balanced on your chest!

Re: 2.8i tank wanted
An extra £50 is worth it to keep them around The difference is only £5 for club members, plus whatever postage is. Definitely a price worth paying. I like dealing with Martin as he will give an all inclusive price, you never know how much the club postage will be until you get the the checkout stag...

Re: 2.8i tank wanted
Personally, I would advocate going through CapriGear, CCI, Tickover etc wherever possible as you get the backup of a known person of good standing who will see you right if there's a problem, or the part doesn't fit, etc, rather than someone off ebay with an unknown background! I agree with that, w...

Holy thread resurrection, Batman! :D My 5 litre bottle of Britemax Spray & Shine is finally getting to the end, but the Britemax stuff doesn't appear to be available any more. I am leaning towards Autoglym Rapid Detailer, but would be interested to hear of any of you guys have any other recommen...

Re: 1986 Laser on ebay
It looks like a nice car, although I'm surprised that the previous owners have kept the original invoice, but not all of the paperwork that would support the claims of a reasonably low mileage.

Hi Paul,
I haven't watched much of the recent stuff, although after seeing him this morning, I did catch up with the road trip videos featuring this very car.
