According to these circuit diagrams the blue wire does indeed go to the wiper intermittent relay.

Re: Queen Square February 2018.

My son was saying the organisers have been under a lot of pressure from the classic car fraternity moaning that 'it's not what it used to be' & are calling for segregated classic vs modern meets. Just can't see that working Hi Rob, A lot of the people who were involved in the early years will t...

Yes, it was a relatively expensive one that records in full HD (1080p). I'd definitely recommend using a dashcam if you don't already.

Re: Another day, another close shave!

Did you give a copy of the video to the Fiesta owner? Hi Paul, At the moment, no. Only because I was away from home and unable to make a copy. I think I will report the accident to the Police early next week when I'm next in the area. That bloke or blokette in the Audi want's taking off the road! T...

By the way, what you can't see from the video is that he hits the Fiesta hard enough to shunt it into the wall. Still, that didn't bother him.....

Did he acknowledge the fact you were there with a :sorry: Guess what? Not exactly...... I think he was in too much of a hurry to get away. There wasn't much room between me and the Co-op truck, I didn't want to get in his way, so that's why you see me move forward near the end of the clip. From wha...

Re: Another day, another close shave!

Good job you had the dash cam if the worst had happened. Exactly! The thing is with the dash cams is that they film in wide angle. This makes what you see on film look further away than it actually was. Boy, it was close! The most shocking thing is that the driver didn't look in his mirror or look ...

A close shave for me, anyway.....
The trouble with driving these days is that some people just don't have any regard for others.

Roll on springtime lets get back out there :D Hi Andy, It was a better turn out than I could have wished for at this time of year. I guess that a lot of Fords are still s...

Hi Les,
It's great to hear that you and the car are still on the Capri scene.
Might we see you at the CCI Nationals this year?

nik1 wrote:And their shackles are not rated for capris... any ideas?

There's a reason why the shackles aren't listed as fitting the Capri.....
It's because the Escort springs are a different size to Capri items, therefore the shackles will also be a different size.

I wouldn't blame them if they did!

They'rre quite keen on it, as it happens. Unfortunately, for the little blighters, it quickly expands in their stomachs, killing them.
