Just seen on facepaint that Kris needs us to get the amount of capris for our group by the 5th July . So names down folks
Can somebody just mention how many Laser Pagers are going? I can't add my name myself as I refuse to join FB. Thanks.

And that’s Todays Top Did you know Moment .
All the details about the glass dating are in the Factory Original book.

Re: Temp sensor bullet connector

I agree with Paul Martin Me too. He really knows his stuff on Flog It. I looked everywhere for a replacement bullet connector for the temp sender, but I just couldn't find one that was a good match for the original. Luckily Martin was able to supply one with a short length of the correct wire...

Last episode tonight at 8.00 :(
I'll be sad to see the end of this series.
It's a pity that we didn't see any Capris featured, but it was a brilliant series nonetheless.

Hi Nige,
That looks like a great little local show. Sometimes these smaller shows can throw up some real surprises with rare and unusual cars.
Your car looks fantastic, as do the other XROC cars.

Re: Door Lock: Removal and Reassembly

Nice ‘how to’ Andrew. When I did mine, I removed the barrel but left the key in with all the sliders intact & soaked it in WD40. This takes it to a whole new level. Full marks for your patience :applaud: Thanks Rob! It was a great excuse to slink off to the garage for a couple of hours! :D Andrew.

Re: Ronin

Which chase did you watch? There were two - an Audi chasing a Citroen XM through the backstreets of Nice and the Paris chase. On balance I think the Nice chase was the best IMHO. I must have watched the chase through Paris with a Peugeot chasing a lady driving a BMW. That was good enough, but if th...

Re: Ronin

Never even heard of this film, but just watched the chase on YouTube. Brilliant! :D

As a rule, chases in new (ish) films don't compare with those from classic films, but this one bucks the trend.

Re: New Car Programme on TV Soon

I see the flipping bangers boys are up to their old tricks! I can't see the logic of spending money on new bumpers and other items, and also getting the wheels powder coated, once they'd made the decision not to finish the Beetle and to sell it as a project. I wouldn't have thought that they'd recou...
