Can someone post some detailed pictures of exactly how and what order the bolts are used for putting in the rear seats please.

I've got this exact same problem, I've just welded where the seat runner bolts are as they seem to be a common rust point. Regarding the sills mine were rusted to. A couple of hours digging out the old sealant, de-rust and re-seal helps.

Very sadly I am selling my 1987 Ford Capri 2.0L Laser due to the fact I am at university and don't have the time or the money to continue restoring it to it's former glory. The bodywork is in EXCELLENT condition and is used daily, it really is an amazing runner with a mere 68,000 miles on the clock....
