If you think that's the case your best bet is probably a rolling road set up - did mine a few years back and paid about 100quid for a couple of hours.
Set the timing again before he started, tuned the fuel and changed the jets and has run a treat ever since
Cheers

I'd guess that a previous owner may have had one of those universal glass pop-up sunroofs fitted when they were all the rage in the 70s and 80s. Maybe a subsequent owner had a repair to revert it to standard spec and the result...

It's no more than an hour from me now as part of a collection. I like the idea of having a car collection, but who's got the time to maintain a fleet of classic Fords? Except Danny, obviously! Andrew. For the record, I definitely don't have enough time or money to maintain a fleet  There...

It's a pain it's taking so long truth be told Was only expecting it to be gone for a couple of months, but as we all know - once you start chopping the rot you find more and more and you go al...

Definitely think that is part of it Went to look at a car for one of my cousins a few weeks back and got chatting to the dealer there who told me that 99% of people don't even come to view the car before buying it and he was surprised when we had asked to look at it, let alone drive it It seems to h...

Either way, I've never had one break
Just curious to others thoughts

It's quite an eye-opener to see what is lurking under the surface! Still, it all looks good now. Presumably you are just having the repaired bits painted, not the whole car? Andrew. Quite concerning more than anything, i would never have known there was so much rust lurking underneath it all! Yes j...
