Re: Who Remembers?

I too remember most of these being on in that after school slot. And remember the Hair Bear Bunch too, another Hanna-Barbera classic.

Capri on TV

I believe there's a Capri in a new TV show on Wednesday on BBC2, called Mammoth. It actually belongs to starring actor Mike Bubbins, who also has other classics and a house full of 70's stuff. Sounds like a great guy!

Re: New Professionals Model

Here's the professionalmania link - https://facebook.com/groups/627742789277922/ Thanks for the link. I did find that page, but non-group members cannot access it. I thought maybe Tony had an actual website, but it appears not. Andrew. That's right, members only, you have to join the group.

Re: New Professionals Model

Typically, on ebay these Professionalmania releases seem much more expensive than direct from the seller. Do you have a link where an order can be placed? I can't find the Professionalmania website anywhere. Andrew. I do have an email address for direct contact, just shout if you would like it.

Re: New Professionals Model

He puts his info, sells, messages, etc. all on Facebook. I seem to recall that you said once that you don't use that. But if you now do, just search on there, it'll come up, or I can provide a link if not. He's a nice guy, a model enthusiast and replies quickly to everything.

Re: New Professionals Model

I have the single car. Is the twin pack a limited edition too? It is yes. Typically, on ebay these Professionalmania releases seem much more expensive than direct from the seller. There is a pre-release sample pack on ebay though at the moment - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126425618778?itmmeta=01HVA...

Magic, you wrote that in the nick of time. I'd just been looking and found a website I was going to order from, at around £68. You discovered a much more reasonable price! Thanks :)

Re: New Professionals Model

There's been an update for this, now due to be released in April, in the UK at least, about time! Has your dealer received their stock of these yet? A website I looked at says they are now due for release in August. However, some European based websites are listing them as in stock. Andrew. Unfortu...

Re: Party Time!

David Soul performed as The Covered Man, a disguise/costume well before his crime busting days. Fantastic! That's from 1966, so that must be one of the earliest? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqLxxaOtl0c Andrew. Yes, certainly the earliest which springs to mind. A very bizarre idea I always thoug...

Re: Party Time!

You know, any event you have to go to, wedding, party, BBQ, works do, and so on, then you're almost guaranteed a certain list of songs, and these two would be on it! You certainly couldn't go anywhere in the 80's without hearing these. The Birdie Song especially brings back memories of being reluct...
