Capri mk1 headlight relay same as cortina?

Hiya, does anyone know if the headlight relay 4 fuse version, from a cortina mk3 with twin headlamps ie as per mk1 facelift capris, would work with mk1 facelift capri? I believe the headlamps are identical ....

Appliance 4 spokes r super cool, but v rare.

Hiya would anyone happen to know if cragar 4 spokes would fit on a mk1 capri without any modification? I believe they are 5.5 J and possibly 7 J too?

Restoration of Underside of 2.8 capri - terminology

Hi all. Was hoping someone could help. I am looking to tidy up the underside of my brookie. Could you please tell me the names of the two parts of the underside I have highlighted in red?
