Floor pans
Hi guys,
Long time since I been on here. Found some pretty worrying cracks around my seat mounts and bits of rust on the floor of the laser.
Any getting to my main point, does anyone sell new floor pans for a mk3 laser?
Cheers,
Stu.

Re: Electrical Safety?
Rich- you could modify your wiring by putting the fan on a desperate circuit with its own down rated fuse? As when motors stick they draw more current blowing the fuse in the circuit the problem comes when different equipment are fed on the same car. You could then interlock it so when you loose pow...

Also put as many fuses in a circuit you like but providing they're in series the only one that will go is the lowest rated.

Re: Electrical Safety?
Afraid fuses are the only real protection you can get on your car electrically. Relays offer no protection, in power generation and transmission systems we do have protection relays but they just monitor circuits and cost a lot more than your car. Just correct electrical maintenance of the electrica...

Pedal boxes
Anyone fitted one of these for their Capri? Any recommendations? I'm changing everything on the car for drifting and a pedal box is going to be a huge help!

Re: e30 angel eyes into my mk3
As Ian said, the Capri plate does need abit of metal taken off and the BMW lights do need the lugs removed.
I found a junior hacksaw blade out the saw good for that. There is a really excellent guide on old school ford which I used last year. Try searching 'BMW lights Capri old school ford'

Re: What does everyone do for work?

At 16-20 worked all over the uk training on courses in advanced electrical heavy engineering (not just a plug wirer). Then ...

Yeah but as free flowing as it may be the pipes looked a little small creating abit of a restriction to the gas flow, I mean back pressure.

Found this link with a very good description on back pressure and its uses. Pointing out it is required in two stroke not four stroke engines.

Re: Worrying what some people will put on the web as FACT
Im know expert on gas flow but know a little to get me by. Exhausts do have an effect they are part of a system they have to have some effect!
