Hi what makes you think that this hasn't been scrapped.? Its showing as not taxed since 1993. I suspect it was ringed out with a different number plate or broken up for spares at the time of its theft. I just checked a Capri that I owned that was stolen back in 1986 and it still shows it on the DVLA...
