Thanks to all that replied I got a repair kit from PAST PARTs.co.uk They will re slieve a master break cylinder if you require it Nigal a very helpful man
There is no servo on the car and one can not be fitted as clutch cable come out very closed to break cylinder

The seals are worn in my master break cylinder ( I may not be calling it the correct name ) Is it possible to get a replacement kit or even a new unit the letters numbers are printed on the side of the unit G I RLING 625 and 64676727 up just undre the fluid contaciner can anybody help Michael

One was fitted to my mk1 facelift when I purchased it it caused a lot of problems car used to stall and took hours to restart took it off and fitted a standard pump worked of the crank shaft no problems since

Good joke I am the owner and need to remove them in order to re fabricate round the head lights and check for other rust spots any ideas ???
